The stupid time system

Mom wants me and my brother (the other one is grounded right now) to switch every 2 hours. It is a complete hassle since my brother says, "Well if you take too long then I'll tell mom." or he just stands there till I do and keeps telling me to hurry up. When I tell him his time is up he says, "1 sec." or "nice to know" and he takes even more time to get the hell off. I said to both him and mom that maybe he should have it for the morning (like until 3 or 4 pm) then I get it for the rest of the day but they both said no. They are just being stupid right now and very unfair. Not only that but my brother has his games in his room he could play and all he does on here is look up cheat codes or prices for gaming systems. I keep trying to tell mom about my timing system but all she says is, "No keep telling me, we are doing it my way and my back hurts so quiet arguing." so right now I am pissed beyond belief and very disappointed with my mom.

my mom the same excepts it with me my brother and the ps3 and she let's him and 4 hours but i only get 2 mothers are just unfair like that
