Boring work

Inharuca sat behind the counter of the small cafe she worked in. it was a slow day and she was bored, but happy. less customers meaned the less time she had to pretend to be happy, and have to talk. she looked out the window of the cafe, humming a small melody.

A tall 7'2 foot male walked into the cafe. On his right hand was seven rings. Around his waist three straps with numerous strange coloured boxes. His hair was pitch black reaching mid back. it was spiked and held in a ponytail. His eyes blood red. He had six swords on his body Two tengoku on back, two Muramasa on right hip and two Odachi on his left hip. He was dressed in a black suit. The undershirt was purple and so was the tie. He ran his fingers gently through his hair before placing them in his pockets.

He looked about when he felt something spark in his pocket. He retrieved his two remaining Kasai rings. The thunder ring sparked with green thunder flames lightly. Makai's eyes narrowed as he looked up. He put the rings away and headed in further. He took a seat at one of the tables and leaned back in the chair.

Inharuca sighed seeing the tall male come in. She stood up and walked over to his table as she was told to, putting on a fake smile and asking him, " How may i help you sir?" She asked with fake kindness.

Makai chuckled at the girl and smiled gently, "Oh lets see i'll have an espresso with five sugars please." he cupped her chin slightly, 'And don't worry about having to put on an act. I don't like seeing people act fake."

her eyes widened. and pulled herself from the male frowning. and said in her normal voice, "do not touch me. and i will have your order in a minute." she walked off after glaring at him.

Maai pulled out the thunder ring. its flames had ignited the moment she walked over. he grinned and called out to her, 'Oh waitress-san can you come back for a moment i have another order." He pulled out five green boxes and placed them on the table. Two of them were heavily chained and shaking violently.

Iharuga cursed at her luck. and walked bak over to him reluctently her face now emotionless. "What?" she asked.

He grinned and tossed the ring into the air. Green bolts of lightning erupted from it. The ring flew forward and straight onto the girls right ring finger. he grinned at this, 'My my my another has been found.Six down one to go"

Inharuca's eyes widened, she let her emotion show, "What the hell is this?!" She asked angered.

Makai slowly got to his feet. No one else was around. he closed his eyes. Blue, red, orange, yellow, indigo and purple flames erupted from six of his rings. Lightning erupted from the seventh. The seven flames spiralled around him. he gave a slight chuckle and bowed to her, 'It is a pleasure to meet you i am Makai. I will explain everything. Before i do may i simply ask your name"

Inharuca quickly calmed herself, "I am Inharuka." she told not caring her was surrounded by flames, "And do not bow you look pitiful." she told emotionlessly.

He smiled as he stood up straight, "Im sorry just being polite." He sealed his flames but kept his orange sky flames going, "As i said before i am Makai. And i am a messenger for the recently developed Mafia family Kasai."

She looked at the male with an expresionless face but her insides were screaming for her to get out of the cafe,that is was not safe for her there. She looked at him. " And why are you talking to me."

Makai smiled at her as the five thunder boxes spiralled around her, "My job is to search for Kasai-sama's seven guardians Snow, Mist, Storm, Thunder, Rain, Cloud and Sun. The seven whom protect the sky."

She looked at him glaring slightly, " That does not answer my question."

he chuckled at her and held up the Kasai Rain ring, 'I am a searcher. I search for his guardians handing them the Seven Kasai rings."

Inharuka groaned, "I repeat, what does that have to do with me?" her glared hardened she had no intention of being a guardian of anything.

he smiled at her and raised a hand. Thunder flames erupted from one of his rings. Thunder flames erupted from her ring in match with his but they weren't as big, "I thought that would be obvious by now Inharuka-san. The eight rings of Kasai are ech sentinent chosing their own wielders. That ring has rejected many before you and it has chosen you to be its wielder." The five boxes sparked as well.

Inharuca glared more, "I have no intention of becoming a guardian to this Kasai family. so leave me be." She told rudly, but in fact she was interested.

He gave a slight chuckle and stepped forward towering over her. he looked down at her, 'Im afraid the ring has already chosen. it has chosen you as its rightful Master the Guardian of Thunder the one that harshly strikes all who threaten the family."

She clenched her fists in anger. "No i shall not. i refuse to take part in this, i do not care if your ring has chosen me." Inharuca was angry she had no say in this matter. "Why should i help people i do not know."

Makai smiled gently at her, "Just like the other five. The guardians of Storm, Sun, Snow, Mist and CLoud thought the same as you did. But they have embraced it. As did i when tge rings chose me to find their guardians."

"I am not them, as you can see, i have no reason to trust you at all." She told stubornly.

He gave a slight chuckle, 'True you don't. Maybe i should just be honest with you then?" Flamers engulfed his body as he was know longer wearing his suit but a long black robe, black silk trousers and black slippers. He smiled gently at he.

Inharuca looked at him, glaring but wondering what was happening
