Carter blinked, "Ie ie." he said as his phone rang again, "CARTER!!!" yelled a female voice. "Ie, don't shout, what is it?" he said as he put the phone to his ear, "When are you coming home and make dinner?" Carter sighed, "I told you, I am going to be working late. Just heat up some leftovers." The girl sighed, "Fine, bye." she said. "Wait is that..." before he could finish, she hung up. Carter grumbled.

Carter smiled, "Well I'm off for lunch, care to join me?" he said as he held out a hand.

Aleda smiled, "Sure." then glanced at Byakuran's desk in wondering where he could possible be then back at Carter with a smile

Carter took his keys out of his pocket, "Ok I swore i forgot the house keys again." he said as they went outside.

They arrived at his house, "Please, take a seat. I am not sure if my brother or sister is here today though." Carter said as he stood off his coat and shoes.
